Diana is a detail-oriented and people-focused professional with a strong background in administration, employee relations, and team coordination. She combines analytical thinking with empathy and clear communication to help foster a positive and supportive workplace culture.
Before transitioning into HR, Diana worked in administration and data management, where she developed a reputation for improving communication flow, streamlining internal processes, and supporting teams across multiple departments. At Accenture, she enhanced efficiency through data accuracy initiatives and organized team-building programs that strengthened collaboration and engagement.
Diana studied Management and Marketing at Vistula University and completed an exchange program in Business Management at ISCET University. She also holds certifications in Project Management Foundations and Procore Administration.
Fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Polish, Diana brings a global perspective to her work and a genuine passion for helping people succeed.
