The Grand Touring Auto construction project successfully extended the building’s main entrance, featuring a new window wall system and upgraded exterior cladding finishes. Additionally, the dealership underwent a major renovation of its interior finishes, ensuring that the brand standards of luxury automakers like Rolls Royce and Lamborghini were met to the highest specifications.

It involves extensive structural concrete work for elevator shafts, a pool deck, and floor slabs. ARCHICON was responsible for overseeing the design and construction of this project and delivered under a Construction Management contract to ensure costs were monitored and stayed within budget. |
