Archicon has been awarded the pre‑construction contract for a Hospitality Development in Diamond Valley by PBA Group of Companies. This 84‑room resort hotel is envisioned as a destination deeply connected to the Foothills landscape, featuring a spa, restaurant, bar, and conference centre, all designed as a contemporary interpretation of Alberta ranch architecture. The project blends natural stone, timber, and metal roofing to create an experience that “fully immerses visitors in the local character and natural beauty of the Foothills”. Start of construction is anticipated for Q4 2026.
